Spring and summer seem to be on the way, which means it’s an opportunity to discard your warm clothing and cleanse your internal mechanism with a delicious spring and summer drink. We’ve collected up the best spring and summer drinks to celebrate the upcoming (and milder!) weeks in advance, from flowery sips to fruity concoctions and much more.

Blossoms of Cherry

Basic Ingredients

  • 1800 Silver Tequila, 1.25 ounce
  • lime juice, 1 ounce
  • 1 ounce of grapefruit juice
  • grenadine, 25 ounce
  • Garnish with a grapefruit slice or a maraschino cherry
  • season with salt as required

Guidelines

Pour all of the components into a blender and give it a good shake. End up serving over ice in a martini glass with a salt rim. Serve with a grapefruit juice slice or a cherry as a topping.

The Honey Rose Margarita is a refreshing cocktail with honey and rose petals.

Basic ingredients

  • Cointreau, 1 ounce
  • 2 ounces tequila Blanco
  • 1 oz. freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • honey water, 5 oz
  • 2 tbsp rose water

Guidelines

Fill a blender halfway with ice and add all of the fresh ingredients. Mix thoroughly and pour into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Flower petals may be used as a finishing touch (fresh or dried).

Pineapple Mezcal Sour

Basic ingredients

  • Doa Vega Espadin, 1.5 oz.
  • 5 ounces pineapple juice, freshly squeezed
  • 75 ounces lemon juice
  • Agave nectar (75 ounces)
  • One beaten egg white

Guidelines

Try to shake the items with ice in a cocktail shaker, then pour the ice from the tin. Shake well before pouring into a glass. On the foam, sprinkle crushed peppercorns.

Cocktail with Raspberry, Lemon, and Lime Ginger Beer

Basic Ingredients

  • cherry juice (75 oz)
  • 5 oz. Brooklyn Ginger Beer, Citrus, and Lime
  • A limoncello splash
  • Prosecco, 4 ounce
  • Lime juice squeeze
  • Berries, pretty fresh

Guidelines

Combine the raspberry purée, ginger beer, and limoncello in a wine bottle and mix well. Add a splash of champagne and a squeeze of lime juice to finish. Serve with fresh blueberries as a topping.

Julep with Mint

Basic Ingredients

  • Two fresh mint sprigs
  • Black Maple Hill Bourbon, 2 oz.
  • simple syrup, 5 ounces
  • Ice that has been crushed

Guidelines

Muck the mint with the simple syrup in a julep cup (or a highball glass). Crush 3/4 cup of ice in a cup. Pour in the bourbon. Swirl. Fill the leftover glass halfway with ice cubes and a fresh mint leaf.

Fresh Bourbini

Basic Ingredients

  • Heaven Hill 6-year bourbon, 1 oz.
  • 2 dashes sour peach
  • Mathilde, 1/2 oz. Peche is a liquor made from peaches.
  • To finish, a glass of sparkling wine.

Guidelines

Shake all of the items with ice in a cocktail shaker, pour into a glass, top with champagne, and serve with a minty leaf

The Rose of the Garden

Basic Ingredients

  • Heaven Hill 6-year bourbon, 1 ounce
  • Two tbsp. peach bitters
  • Mathilde, 5 oz Blended whiskey with Peche peach liquor

Guidelines

Shake all of the items with solid ice in a cocktail shaker, pour into a glass, refill with champagne, and serve with a minty leaf.
